At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your e-bike or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all batteries, chargers, and manuals to ensure a safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund minus applicable restocking and shipping fees to your original payment method.
