How long does shipping take for Aventon e-bikes?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Aventon bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the final steps in about 30-45 minutes.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every new Aventon e-bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the frame, motor, and battery.
Can I ride my Aventon e-bike in the rain?
Our e-bikes are water-resistant (IPX4 rating), meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with a high-pressure power washer.
